-Check on the items from 12/8/11
-CAP requests: complete? reviewed?

- Overloaded Sections (Very few!)
-Physical Science: Fill/Balance 5th period (new section)
-0B and 9th grade athletes, create new Health section?
-Cover ISS 7th & 8th

-Seat counts: Particularly in blended classes like CA I, II, and III or AP/IB courses
-Math "switch"
-Match Athletic course codes to Curriculum Guide
-Check room assignments for "NA" classes
-Check and eliminate holes in student schedules (run NMR roster)
-Print schedules
-Distribute schedules

-Cross reference the master- teacher assignments, courses, etc.
-Check overall numbers (overloads?) (Small sections- less than 18)
-Check numbers in spring sections of year-long courses
Any students in the spring only portion of a year-long class? Is there room in that section or that period? If not, where do they go?
Example: 410002 English I section 5, 1 kid in the spring only section with L. Knapp- no seats with her that period; however, there are seats in other sections that period.
